What I Offer

I work with individuals and couples, both face to face and online, addressing such issues as:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Stress

  • Addiction to substances or behaviours

  • Procrastination

  • ADHD

  • Relationship problems

  • Difficult life choices

  • Workplace problems

  • Self-esteem.

I'm a perceptive, warm and skilled clinician. My strength-based approach includes cognitive-behavioural therapy, motivational interviewing and brief solution-focused therapy. My practice is LGBTTQ+ positive. I'm experienced in addressing problematic behaviours as well as their impacts on relationships.

The online world can both help and hurt; I assist people struggling with its downsides: overuse, procrastination, risky behaviours and more.
